Responsibilities

Greet patients.
Check-in and check-out patients.
Assist patients with required paperwork for dental services and financial responsibilities.
Collect payments and post payments to patient accounts.
Keep the reception area neat and clean.
Check emails and voicemails and respond in a timely manner.
Communicate with other departments for support.
Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct department/person.
