We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice. Our office is a fast-paced, friendly, and patient-focused environment where teamwork and excellent communication are essential. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of previous dental front-office or dental receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned
