About The Position

Cobb Corner Endodontics is seeking a welcoming, detail-oriented front desk team member to help create a positive patient experience. The Dental Receptionist greets patients, schedules appointments, handles phone calls, and assists with insurance and billing tasks. The position is part-time, with a flexible schedule of under 20 hours per week. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support as needed.
• Comply with patient confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
