About The Position

We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Dental Insurance Verification Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This role goes beyond basic insurance verification, we’re looking for someone who can spot trends, flag issues, and help improve our RCM processes using data. Of course, making the jump from a dental practice to a tech company is a big transition. It goes without saying that we'll need someone innovative, forward-thinking, and passionate about our mission to build the 'dream solution for RCM teams'.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience verifying dental insurance in a practice setting.
• Detail-Oriented & Impeccably Organized – You double-check everything and thrive on clean, structured documentation.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with dental software and EDI processes; bonus points if you can use spreadsheets for light analytics or reporting.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with RCM workflows beyond verification (e.g., billing, collections).
• Basic data analytics or reporting experience (e.g., pivot tables, error tracking, trend analysis).
• Experience working in a remote or startup-like environment

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify dental insurance benefits for patients across multiple payers.
• Track and document insurance information in an organized and standardized format.
• Analyze verification data to identify inconsistencies, trends, or missing information.
• Collaborate with the team to refine workflows and improve efficiency in the RCM cycle.
• Support EDI setup and troubleshooting, if applicable.
• Help build light reporting dashboards or summaries using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
