Requirements
- Valid dental license or relevant dental certification in the state of Massachusetts
- Prior experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices
- Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with dental software and digital charting systems
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care and treatment to patients of all ages
- Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive care
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions including cavities, gum disease, and more
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and HIPAA standards
