About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our practice. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting and developing team members, managing practice performance, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, business and financial knowledge, and a hands on approach to managing a busy specialty practice. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in managing a dental or healthcare practice
  • 5+ years of experience in supervising and leading teams of 20+ employees

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality care through efficient workflows, aligning with clinical outcomes and KPIs
  • Oversee financial performance, manage budget, review financial reports, address discrepancies, and implement cost-reduction strategies
  • Develop annual budgets, manage revenue cycle, ensure timely posting of charges and demographics
  • Collaborate with leadership team to execute strategic plan, including practice growth and performance initiatives
  • Facilitate monthly practice review meetings with Doctors and team, ensuring goal alignment and addressing operational challenges
  • Implement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective communication
  • Act as a liaison to resolve operational challenges and improve patient care quality
  • Design and optimize staffing models, manage talent through, training, evaluations, and counseling
  • Hiring, onboarding and training new team members
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned
