About The Position

We're looking for a Dental Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy private family dental office in New Albany, IN. Requirements
- 2 - 3+ years of dental office experience (management experience preferred)
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing both people and daily operations
- Goal-oriented with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently
- Business or healthcare management education is preferred but not required
- Available to work Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front and back office operations
- Lead, coach, and support the team to achieve practice goals
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
- Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims
- Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and production
- Ensure OSHA and office compliance standards are maintained
- Lead team meetings, daily huddles, and staff development
- Track unscheduled treatment and help improve patient retention
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office performance
