As a Dental Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of 3-5 dental offices, working closely with staff to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient practice management. As a Dental Practice Manager, you’ll work directly under the Director of Dental Operations to ensure smooth, effective operations across multiple practices. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, administrative management, staff leadership, and fostering a patient-focused environment that aligns with BDG’s “Lifetime Dental Care” philosophy.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of multi-dental practice management or 5+ years of single practice management.
Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and offices with a high degree of professionalism.

Familiarity with Dentrix Enterprise.

Resolve patient concerns and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages long-term relationships.
