Dental Patient Relations Coordinator - Magnolia Endodontics We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and self-motivated Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to join our growing endodontic specialty practice. This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for more than a job. Our front office is an essential part of the patient experience. From the first phone call to the completion of treatment, our patients should feel welcomed, informed, and cared for. The ideal candidate understands the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Previous dental front office experience is required
  • Experience in a specialty practice is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions and concerns.
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations and endodontic treatment.
  • Communicate with referring dental offices regarding patient referrals and appointments.
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial options available.
  • Present treatment plans and explain financial expectations clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Coordinate patient flow and work closely with the clinical team.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient's experience.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks, appointments, and patient needs.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front office.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented practice culture.
