About The Position
All Smiles Dental Group is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join their team full-time. Requirements
- 1 or more years of dental front office experience
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)

Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
- Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
