Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on dental office experience (Strictly Required).
High comfort level using computers and navigating dental practice management software.
A naturally positive, friendly, and dependable professional who thrives on teamwork and collaboration.
An innate ability to make people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
Exceptional communication, sharp eye for detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients, visitors, and team members with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Answering phones, handling emails, and directing office communication seamlessly.
Efficiently booking, confirming, and optimizing patient appointments to keep the day running smoothly.
Developing strong, trusting connections with patients through excellent, empathetic communication.
Keeping the engine running via accurate data entry, filing, paperwork, and highly organized front-office systems.
Participating actively in ongoing learning, team huddles, and mentorship opportunities.
