Requirements

• 2+ years of dental front desk or Dental Patient Coordinator experience
• Strong proficiency with Dentrix, insurance verification, and scheduling
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and comfort traveling between offices in Montgomery County
• Professional, patient-centered attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries
• Complete insurance verification and enter accurate patient data
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling, notes, and administrative tasks
• Support multiple Montgomery County offices as needed for coverage
• Maintain organized, efficient front desk processes
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
