About The Position

Our growing endodontic practice is seeking an experienced dental professional to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and highly motivated multitasking professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping create a seamless experience for every patient. As a key member of our team, the Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and referring offices, playing an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient journey. The ideal candidate is friendly, compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced specialty dental environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Dental Office experience required (Endodontics preferred)
Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dental insurance verification experience
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
