About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Dental Office Receptionist to support front office operations and provide excellent service to our patients. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of dental front office experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and patient coordination
  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Relevant education, licensure, or experience for the role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
  • Willingness to follow established policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional front office experience
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
  • Assist with insurance verification, billing, collections, and account follow-up
  • Support patient check-in/check-out and daily front desk operations
  • Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to support patient care
