Dr. Kristen Conner has proudly served the Chattanooga area for more than 20 years, building successful practices centered around exceptional patient care, strong team culture, and lasting relationships. As her practices continue to grow and expand into the Soddy Daisy area, she is looking for talented, like-minded leaders who want to be part of something meaningful from the ground up. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5 years of related experience
• Servant Leadership: Partnership and collaboration with team and Providers
• 2 years' prior management experience
• Professional and organized
• Outgoing, adaptable, and energetic
• Willing to go the extra mile for our patients
• Communicates well with the team

Nice To Haves

• Prior clinical experience with implants preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks such as scheduling, staff productivity, and expenses to meet office revenue goals.
• Supervise and communicate proficiently to ensure efficiency within practice while also maintaining values and good morale.
• Complete administrative functions such as financial review, compliance standards, and end of the day reporting.
• Recruit and develop team.
• Manage schedule to optimize production.
