About The Position

Litchfield Smiles is seeking a seasoned Dental Office Manager to lead, partner, and grow with their practice. This role involves team leadership, business growth, and fostering genuine patient relationships. The practice, led by Dr. Seraphim Moreira, emphasizes "Dentistry Redefined" with a focus on gentle, relationship-driven care. The Office Manager will form a leadership partnership with Dr. Moreira, cultivate the team, and drive operational growth in a modern, high-energy environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Dental Office Management experience is strictly required.
Deep expertise in dental billing, complex insurance navigation, accounts receivable management, and dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).
A proven track record of managing schedules for maximum clinical efficiency, identifying same-day treatment opportunities, and leading teams to meet or exceed monthly production goals.
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills-someone who can command a room of professionals while remaining deeply warm, accessible, and empathetic to patients.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with Dr. Moreira to optimize the practice's daily production, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), identify revenue-generating opportunities, and implement growth strategies that expand our local patient footprint.
Act as the operational heartbeat of the clinic. Train, mentor, and schedule our front and back-office teams to maintain a highly synchronized, low-stress, and collaborative workplace culture.
Oversee the entire front-office lifecycle. Build lasting relationships with patients, handle escalated patient care inquiries, maximize insurance billing across major networks, and ensure a seamless, efficient check-in/check-out process.
