We’re looking for a proven dental practice leader who knows how to support a team, partner effectively with doctors, create a great patient experience, and keep a busy practice running smoothly. Requirements

Previous Dental Office Manager or dental practice leadership experience
Strong understanding of dental office operations
Experience leading and developing teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort working with practice goals, KPIs, schedules, and performance expectations
A patient-focused and team-oriented approach
The ability to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term practice growth

Nice To Haves

Experience with dental insurance, treatment presentation, scheduling, collections, and dental practice management systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support the dental office team
Partner closely with doctors and clinical leaders
Oversee daily practice operations and patient flow
Support scheduling, staffing, and team performance
Monitor practice goals, key metrics, and operational results
Help improve case acceptance and patient retention
Ensure a high-quality patient experience from check-in through follow-up
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
Maintain strong communication between the practice, operations, and support teams
Help identify and resolve operational challenges before they become bigger problems
