About The Position

Peoria Dental Smiles is seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Dental Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of their practice. The practice operates out of a spacious, modern 7-operatory facility and is powered by a dedicated 10-person team and 2 skilled doctors committed to high-quality comprehensive dentistry. Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a Dental Office Manager running a fast-paced, multi-operatory dental practice.
Strong proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Denticon).
Deep knowledge of dental PPO billing, claims processing, and treatment plan presentation.
Energetic, approachable, and proactive leader with a track record of building strong team cohesion and meeting practice financial targets.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and strong organization in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor a 10-person staff across front office and clinical support; maintain a positive, high-accountability team dynamic.
Oversee daily schedule density, patient workflow, operatory utilization across all 7 ops, and front-desk check-in/checkout procedures.
Drive practice revenue goals, monitor daily/monthly collections, oversee clean insurance claim submissions, and manage patient treatment presentation and financial arrangements.
Ensure world-class patient satisfaction, resolve elevated patient inquiries promptly, and implement strategies to increase patient retention and new patient flow.
Partner closely with the 2 doctors during daily morning huddles to align clinical capacity with operational targets.
