Office Manager – Maricopa Dental Center Location: Maricopa, AZ (21300 N John Wayne Pkwy) Employment Type: Full-Time, Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – No Weekends! Requirements

  • 2–3 years of dedicated Dental Office Management experience is required.
  • Strong background in dental billing, insurance navigation, and presenting complex treatment/financial plans.
  • A natural problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset who can lead by example and keep an office organized independently.
  • Proficiency with modern dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Leadership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of daily operations for a bustling, established general practice, ensuring a smooth, productive workflow between the front office and clinical teams.
  • Patient Experience & Guest Relations: Set the tone for world-class, compassionate care. Manage patient relations, resolve concerns, and maintain a warm, welcoming environment from check-in to check-out.
  • Financial Oversight & Treatment Coordinating: Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients with clarity and transparency. Manage insurance billing, claims processing, and AR collections to maintain strong practice health.
  • Schedule Optimization: Strategically manage the master provider schedule to maximize daily production goals while keeping a balanced, low-stress pace for the clinical team.
  • Team Empowerment: Build a collaborative, high-performing office culture through proactive coaching, open daily communication, and positive leadership.
