Operating out of a spacious, modern 7-operatory facility, our busy practice is powered by a dedicated 10-person team and 2 skilled doctors committed to high-quality comprehensive dentistry. We are seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Dental Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our practice. Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Dental Office Manager running a fast-paced, multi-operatory dental practice (Required).
- Strong proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Denticon) and deep knowledge of dental PPO billing, claims processing, and treatment plan presentation.
- Energetic, approachable, and proactive leader with a track record of building strong team cohesion and meeting practice financial targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and strong organization in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor a 10-person staff across front office and clinical support; maintain a positive, high-accountability team dynamic.
- Oversee daily schedule density, patient workflow, operatory utilization across all 7 ops, and front-desk check-in/checkout procedures.
- Drive practice revenue goals, monitor daily/monthly collections, oversee clean insurance claim submissions, and manage patient treatment presentation and financial arrangements.
- Ensure world-class patient satisfaction, resolve elevated patient inquiries promptly, and implement strategies to increase patient retention and new patient flow.
- Partner closely with our 2 doctors during daily morning huddles to align clinical capacity with operational targets.
