About The Position

At South Anchorage Dental Center, we are "Doing Dentistry Differently." We are a premier, high-volume, tech-forward general and specialty practice dedicated to throwing corporate judgment out the door and putting Alaskans back in the driver's seat of their oral health. Boasting a large, state-of-the-art facility featuring 10 operatories and a multidisciplinary powerhouse team of 7 doctors, we provide everything from family dentistry and urgent, same-day emergency care to high-dollar cosmetic makeovers, advanced dental implants, and IV sedation. We pride ourselves on our stellar community reputation, a culture that treats patients like family, and an environment that thrives on high energy, seamless patient tracking, and massive operational growth. As the Dental Office Manager, you are the conductor of our high-production practice. You will oversee daily financial operations, manage clinical workflows across 7 providers, and steer the front-office team toward peak efficiency.
