About The Position

Blackman Grove Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join their community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals. The Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location, focusing on executing numerous operational tasks to enhance practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Requirements

  • 3 years of dental office management
  • Proficient in dental performance management software (Denticon)
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting)
  • Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
  • Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
