Dental Office Manager/ Treatment Coordinator

Empower Dental GroupPasadena, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Empower Dental Pasadena is a modern, high-technology dental practice specializing in complex, high-value care — full mouth rehabilitations, implants, and All-on-X procedures. We invest in cutting-edge technology, digital workflows, and a team that knows how to match the right treatment to each patient and guide them confidently through a yes. If you've closed large cases and love doing it, you'll thrive here. This is not a traditional front desk position. We need a closer — someone who can sit across from a patient facing a $25,000–$60,000 treatment plan, build genuine trust, address objections, present financing options, and get them scheduled. You'll also run the front office, manage the team, and own the numbers. This is a leadership role with serious earning potential for the right person.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dental treatment coordination experience, with significant exposure to high-value cases
  • Direct experience presenting full mouth rehabilitations, implants, and All-on-X — you understand the treatment and can speak to it fluently with patients
  • Exceptional sales skills — you close large cases, handle objections gracefully, and know how to build the trust that moves patients to yes
  • Proven track record of case acceptance rates and collections results you can speak to
  • Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
  • Strong grasp of dental insurance, third-party financing, and collections workflows
  • Natural leader — someone patients trust with big decisions and team members look up to

Responsibilities

  • Present and close full mouth rehab, implant, and All-on-X treatment plans with confidence and precision
  • Navigate patient objections and financing conversations — CareCredit, Sunbit, in-house options
  • Drive daily production and collections to meet and exceed practice targets
  • Manage front office operations: scheduling, recalls, insurance verification, and patient flow
  • Lead and develop the front desk team, setting standards for patient experience and performance
  • Optimize scheduling to maximize provider utilization and minimize gaps
  • Track KPIs and report financial performance to practice leadership

Benefits

  • 401(k)
  • Competitive salary
  • Paid time off
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Free uniforms
  • Continuing education support
