About The Position

New Zephyrhills Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated, and goal-driven Dental Office Manager / Operations Leader to lead its team and oversee the successful operation of its dental practice in Zephyrhills, Florida. The role combines team leadership and development with responsibility for office performance, daily operations, financial metrics, and patient experience. The manager will use Dentrix for reporting, patient accounts, and daily operations, and will work closely with the clinical team.

Requirements

Previous dental office management experience.
Experience with Dentrix.
Strong understanding of dental office budgets, KPIs, production, collections, and accounts receivable management.
Proven ability to meet goals, improve office performance, and lead a successful team.
Confidence, organization, and comfort making decisions and holding others accountable.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead by example and take initiative.
Genuine interest in developing a team.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to create a positive, productive work environment.
Manage daily office operations to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), production goals, and monthly budgets.
Oversee accounts receivable (AR), insurance collections, and outstanding patient balances.
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, case acceptance, collections, and overall office performance.
Use Dentrix to manage reporting, patient accounts, and daily office operations.
Hold the team accountable while providing support, training, and encouragement.
Work closely with the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
