Dental Office Manager/Front Desk

High End Hiring•Martinsburg, WV
•$25 - $35•Onsite

About The Position

We are seeking an Office Manager for our thriving family-owned general practice. In the beginning, you will wear many hats. As the schedule becomes busier, additional team members will be hired and you will have the opportunity to help build, train, and manage the team beneath you. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, personable, and comfortable working independently. You should understand that growing a new dental practice requires energy, follow-through, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. You will need to help close cases and fill the schedule. For the right person, this can grow from a hands-on front desk/management position into a true Dental Office Manager leadership role as the practice expands. If you are experienced in dental administration, enjoy building something new, and want a position where your contribution will genuinely make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
