About The Position

Join Children's Dental FunZone as a Dental Front Office Supervisor! We are seeking an enthusiastic leader with at least 2 years of dental front-office experience to lead our team. Children's Dental FunZone creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff, with 18 locations across Southern California and plans for expansion. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee front desk operations, lead administrative staff, manage appointment schedules, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring the dental office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dental front-office leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in dental office software and systems
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must enjoy working with children
• Customer service and sales experience
• Upbeat personality with a can-do attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Motivated and eager to grow professionally

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
