About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our in-house digital lab for a large dental corporation. This is a modern, high-volume, fully digital environment focused on advanced restorative and implant workflows.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- 3D Printing experience (we use SprintRay printers)
- Experience finishing PMMA (polishing, characterization, adjustments)
- Milling experience Zirconia and Milled PMMA (we use Roland DWX-52DCi)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Exocad
- Designing and finishing night guards
- Understanding of digital workflows
- High School Diploma
Nice To Haves
- Experience with full-arch or AOX workflows
- Diploma/degree in dental technology
Responsibilities
- Communicating with dental offices to provide case updates and address concerns
- Communicating with restorative doctors and team members regarding case details
- Sending and receiving files, managing communication with outsourced designers
- Ensuring the lab remains clean, organized, and efficient
- Shipping and receiving cases
- Coordinating with the billing department to place orders and ensure materials and lab needs are processed correctly
