We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized Dental Lab Technicians to join our company. Our Ward Dental Lab Brighton, MI location is hiring for the following positions: Model Technician, CAD/CAM Scanning Technician, Denture Technician, Dental Ceramist, Lead Crown & Bridge Technician. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a dental lab technician
High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
Strong communication skills
Excellent hand/eye coordination
Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time
Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
High School diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred

Responsibilities

Read and follow directions on prescription. Be able to understand a doctors’ preferences
Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
Follow daily schedule and production goals
Operate and maintain a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as: trimmers, lathes, saw, articulators, and cleaning devices
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
