MicroDental Laboratories is seeking a determined, high energy, well-organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a temporary position at their RTG Lab in Rochester, New York. This role involves managing the shipping and receiving of dental lab products, ensuring accurate tracking, proper packaging, and adherence to safety protocols. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic Microsoft and computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with the utmost accuracy is required.
Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures.
Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be a team player.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

Tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems.
Preparing material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels.
Disinfecting all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes.
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog.
Assembling and filling boxes with items that need to be shipped.
Unloading, sorting, and prioritizing incoming packages for case entry.
Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Providing support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities.
Performing other duties as assigned or as otherwise required.
