About The Position

The Dental Lab Processor Technician assists in designing prosthetics for patients. The role involves working with dental impressions and plaster models, polishing dentures, and performing various laboratory duties. The technician works in a team environment and is expected to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Confidence and comfort working with hands.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical ability and/or artistic ability.
• Comfort working in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Understanding of OSHA protocol.

Nice To Haves

• 0–6 months of experience trimming and pouring denture models.
• Plaster bench experience.

Responsibilities

• Pour impressions into plaster.
• Trim plaster models.
• Articulate cases.
• Polish dentures.
• Perform various laboratory duties.
• Cross-train in all areas of the lab.
