About The Position

Dental Laboratory Full Technician (Full-Time) | Denture Technician Join Our Growing Dental Laboratory Team Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Full Technician with a passion for creating high-quality full and partial dentures? We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our fast-paced, patient-focused laboratory. In this role, you will fabricate dentures from start to finish while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Dental Laboratory Technicians, Denture Technicians, Prosthetic Technicians, and Dental Lab Professionals looking for a stable, full-time position with opportunities for growth and cross-training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional experience fabricating dentures from start to finish
• Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during normal laboratory business hours

Nice To Haves

• Same-day denture experience
• Experience with full and partial removable prosthetics
• Knowledge of dental laboratory safety standards and OSHA compliance

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish
• Set denture teeth and perform wax-ups
• Bend wire for removable prosthetics
• Process, finish, and polish dentures
• Complete denture relines and repairs
• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and turnaround times
• Serve as Associate Lab Manager when needed in the manager's absence
• Follow OSHA guidelines and laboratory safety procedures
• Cross-train in all areas of the dental laboratory
• Collaborate with laboratory teammates to complete cases efficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned
