Dental Insurance & Verification Specialist
About The Position
Shoreline Dentistry is a growing private practice on Galveston Island, overlooking the beach. We are looking for an experienced Dental Insurance & Verification Specialist to join our team. Our #1 priority: Extensive experience and strong knowledge of dental insurance and insurance verification. We are looking for someone who can confidently verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility, accurately interpret plans, limitations, exclusions, deductibles & maximums, handle claims, pre-authorizations/pre-determinations and insurance follow up, and communicate insurance information clearly to patients and our team. The ideal candidate can work independently while being a dependable part of our front office team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience and strong knowledge of dental insurance and insurance verification.
- Ability to confidently verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
- Ability to accurately interpret plans, limitations, exclusions, deductibles & maximums.
- Ability to handle claims, pre-authorizations/pre-determinations and insurance follow up.
- Ability to communicate insurance information clearly to patients and our team.
- Ability to work independently while being a dependable part of our front office team.
