Requirements
- Solid background in dental insurance (required).
- Understand the nuances of claims, codes, and verifications.

- Can explain complex insurance details to patients with kindness and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance submissions, track aging reports, and ensure claims are processed accurately.
- Perform verifications and calculate patient portions so there are no surprises at the front desk.
- Support the front office by answering phones and scheduling our wonderful patients.
- Work closely with a team that values "team care" just as much as patient care.
