Requirements

Current Dental Hygienist license in New Hampshire
Strong communication and patient education skills
Passion for preventive care and patient advocacy
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care and patient experiences
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver thorough preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations
Partner closely with doctors and teammates to provide comprehensive patient care
Build trusted relationships that encourage long-term patient retention
Utilize modern technology and digital systems to support efficient workflows
Help create a comfortable, welcoming environment for every patient
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
