Requirements
- Current Virginia RDH license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Passion for periodontal health and patient education.
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable with dental technology and practice management software.
- Most importantly: someone who genuinely cares about people.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
- Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, radiographs, and periodontal charting.
- Educate patients and help them understand their oral and overall health.
- Partner with our doctors to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain excellent clinical documentation, infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
- Build relationships that keep patients healthy and coming back.
- Be a teammate—jump in, communicate, contribute, and have some fun along the way.
