Requirements

An active Texas Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one.
Current CPR certification.
A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills.
Someone who enjoys being part of a team while having the autonomy to provide excellent clinical care.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care tailored to each patient's needs.
Perform assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice.
Educate and empower patients to improve their oral and overall health.
Partner with the dentist to identify treatment needs and create a seamless patient experience.
Build trust with patients by creating a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free environment.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture.
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
