We operate an advanced, tech-forward practice featuring digital X-rays, intraoral imaging, and laser therapies. Our team structure is perfectly balanced to support you: 2 Doctors, 4 dedicated Hygiene Operatories (running single-column for optimal patient focus), 3 Lead Assistants, and an elite 3-person front office team. Requirements

Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Arizona.
Must be Laser Certified and Anesthesia Certified to align with our advanced hygiene protocols.
Upbeat, communicative, and team-oriented personality.
Comfortable stepping into a well-oiled, highly structured single-column schedule where punctuality and organization are celebrated.

Responsibilities

Manage your own single-column chair with complete clinical autonomy, delivering premier periodontal and preventative care.
Utilize laser-certified therapies and localized anesthesia to provide comprehensive, comfortable gum disease treatments.
Capture clean digital X-rays and utilize intraoral cameras to co-discover restorative needs alongside our doctors.
Provide clear, empathetic patient education on systemic oral health, preventive routines, and specialized treatment options.
Maintain meticulous digital clinical notes and tracking within our highly structured office workflow.
