About The Position
Cove Dental Care Dr. Carandang and team are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to work 2 days/week (could transition to FT as schedule fills). We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and efficient clinical environment. Requirements
- Active Florida Dental Hygiene License (new graduates or those awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience providing a full range of dental hygiene services, including perio charting, x-rays, prophy, SRP, and patient education
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Conduct periodontal charting and take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Administer fluoride treatments and other preventive services
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
