Requirements

Active Dental Hygienist license (state-specific)
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and patient education skills
Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
Ability to travel between nearby practice locations
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care across multiple Midwest Dental practices
Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and long-term care
Partner with doctors and teams to support comprehensive treatment planning
Adapt quickly to different office environments while maintaining consistency in patient care
Build trust with patients and team members across all locations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
