About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for an outpatient dental opportunity in Bristol, Vermont. This position offers an exceptional weekday schedule, low daily patient volume, generous appointment times, and the opportunity to provide quality-focused preventive dental care as part of an established collaborative team. New graduates and experienced Dental Hygienists are encouraged to apply. Full-time employment is preferred, but part-time candidates are also welcome.

The Dental Hygienist will provide preventive dental care and patient education while collaborating with Dentists and fellow Dental Hygienists on treatment planning and ongoing patient care.

The practice emphasizes quality and relationship-based care rather than high patient volume. Hygienists typically see only 6–7 patients per day, with extended appointment times designed to support comprehensive care and patient education.

Requirements

• Licensed Dental Hygienist OR Eligible for Dental Hygienist Licensure in Vermont REQUIRED
• Ability to Provide Preventive Dental Care REQUIRED
• Strong Patient Education Skills REQUIRED
• Ability to Collaborate with Dentists and Dental Hygienists REQUIRED
• Commitment to Quality, Relationship-Based Patient Care REQUIRED
• Ability to Work in an Outpatient Dental Environment REQUIRED
