About The Position

Old Bridge Dental is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join their clinical team in Old Bridge, NJ. The role involves providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction within a team-based environment. The Dental Hygienist will perform routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education, supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals in a growth-oriented workplace. The facility is state-of-the-art, equipped with advanced technology like Overjet, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), to support hygienists in delivering high-quality work.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
  • Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Overjet, CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
