Requirements

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
  • Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and delivering high-quality care
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall health connections
  • Partner closely with doctors to co-diagnose and support treatment plans
  • Build trust and rapport to drive patient retention and case acceptance
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
