What You'll Do: As one of our hygienists, you'll help children develop healthy smiles and positive dental experiences by: Providing preventive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents. Performing dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and digital radiographs. Educating children and parents on oral hygiene in a fun and encouraging way. Assisting doctors during examinations and treatment planning. Accurately documenting clinical findings. Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every child and family. Collaborating with our pediatric and orthodontic teams to provide exceptional care. Every appointment is an opportunity to make a child smile and help them build confidence at the dentist. Requirements

Current Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist License.
CPR Certification.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric dental experience.
Pediatric experience is a plus—but it isn't required.
