Requirements

  • Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • A patient-focused mindset and commitment to clinical excellence
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
  • Perform periodontal assessments, screenings, and oral health evaluations
  • Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and home care techniques
  • Partner with doctors to identify treatment needs and improve patient outcomes
  • Build strong patient relationships that encourage long-term retention and trust
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and support regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborative office culture
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
