Requirements

Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
A patient-focused mindset and commitment to clinical excellence
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
Perform periodontal assessments, screenings, and oral health evaluations
Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and home care techniques
Partner with doctors to identify treatment needs and improve patient outcomes
Build strong patient relationships that encourage long-term retention and trust
Maintain accurate clinical records and support regulatory compliance
Contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborative office culture
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
