About The Position
Sagewood Dental is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist who values quality care and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. This role is a full-time position with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing supportive, patient-focused care within a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program (recent or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Licensed RDH in Wisconsin by start date.
- Prior experience with assisted hygiene is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through diagnostics, comprehensive exams, and routine treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
- Collaborate with a dedicated dental team to ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to infection control standards.
- Build trust and rapport with every patient.
