About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join a supportive, patient-focused practice in Island Park, NY. This role offers a consistent 4-day schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to work in a team environment where the hygiene role is valued, respected, and supported. While GEDC offers a production-based incentive, the culture is centered around patient care and ethics, encouraging the team to focus on what is best for the patient. The production model rewards providers for quality care. Additional earning opportunities include Perio Protect compensation ($80 per tray/set) and CURODONT (percentage-based), with full training provided during onboarding. Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in state
