Requirements

Current Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin).
Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning.
A positive, team-first attitude and desire to contribute to a growing practice.
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding preventive and periodontal care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, screenings, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations that improve long-term outcomes.
Partner closely with doctors and the dental team to provide seamless, patient-focused care.
Build trust with patients while creating positive experiences that keep them returning for years to come.
Help foster a welcoming, collaborative culture where patients and teammates feel valued.
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
