Requirements

  • Licensed Dental Hygienist in Minnesota (or soon to be licensed)
  • Passion for patient care and education
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • A positive, team-first mindset
  • New grads welcome — we’re excited to support your growth
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
  • Educate patients on oral health and personalized treatment needs
  • Perform SRP, prophy, periodontal maintenance, and screenings
  • Partner with the doctor to co-diagnose and improve patient outcomes
  • Build lasting relationships that keep patients engaged and returning
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
