Requirements

• Active Alaska Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or in immediate progress of transferring).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, relationship-based preventative care and periodontal therapy, embodying the "Treat every patient like family" philosophy.
• Act as an empathetic guide for anxious or fearful patients, taking the time to educate them seamlessly on quality-of-life oral care.
• Optimize column productivity and schedule density while maintaining a gentle, five-star clinical standard.
• Work collaboratively with the administrative crew to ensure clinical notes and insurance documentation are clean and efficient.
