Requirements

  • Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Minnesota
  • Passion for patient care and education
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
  • New grads welcome—we love helping you grow!
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
  • Educate patients and drive oral health awareness
  • Build trusting relationships that keep patients coming back
  • Partner with doctors and team members to elevate patient care
  • Contribute to a positive, team-first culture
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
