Requirements

Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Minnesota
Passion for patient care and education
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
New grads welcome—we love helping you grow!
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Educate patients and drive oral health awareness
Build trusting relationships that keep patients coming back
Partner with doctors and team members to elevate patient care
Contribute to a positive, team-first culture
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
